After using one of my binder ring journals as a planner for quite some time, I decided to go for something a little bit smaller and also use one of my insert journals to see how that works for me. Here's a video of how I've got it set up! (transcript posted below video) TRANSCRIPT
Good Morning! I'm Julie from Creative Moves and I just wanted to take a little bit of time and show you my new journal. This is actually my old journal. I'd been using it for a while, it's one of my three ring binder journals that I make. And I had it set up and with little calendar pages, and that has worked very well for me for a while. But I decided - I'm going to be travelling and so I decided I wanted to do something a little bit smaller. And so I changed over to one of my 4x6 insert journals. I also wanted to try using one of the insert journals as my planner and see how that went. So, got a little handsome pronghorn on the cover, and then the binding, as you can see, I've got these elastic bands and those hold in my inserts. And I have four of them in there currently. So, let me show you how I set this up. So there's my first one, and that is my monthly calendar pages. And I just, just barely set this up, so we'll see how it goes. And then - a little salamander guy - and that is my daily pages, so I can write down what I have to do every day, and make myself reminders. My little hammerhead shark guy - and that - I've got some pages with grid printed on them so I can keep track of budget stuff. And then this last one has just some different - some blank paper, some lined paper, as well as some grids, so I can use that section just as a journal. So I can write, I can draw, I can glue stuff down in that if I want. And so there we go and I'm excited to get started using this, and we will see how it goes.
